Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Direct access to slopes and 50 meters from the ESF school, all shops at the foot of the building, on the 11th floor, very bright, not overlooked, redone with beautiful materials, Fiber Wi-Fi, HD TV, fully equipped kitchen, separate toilet. In the evening, you can enjoy a toboggan ride at the foot of the building, many restaurants or the Aquamotion 15 m walk by an escalator. Covered parking included 100 m away. We wanted a comfortable apartment for a family of 4.

New apartment of 77m², located on the 2nd floor of the Fritillaire residence in Courchevel Moriond 1650. It can accommodate up to 7 people (4 adults + 3 children). Ideally located 300m from the slopes and a few minutes from the center. Composed of 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 living room with TV, Wi-Fi, balcony and a dining area for 8 people. 2 double bedrooms (160/200), 1 children's bedroom with bunk bed and trundle (3 beds 90/190) + 2 bathrooms. Ski lockers. Closed garage access. Not accessible to PRMs.

Beautiful apartment, skiing at the foot of the slopes.

45 m2 apartment completely renovated in December 2024. It is located in Courchevel 1650 Moriond. Ideal location, it is ski-in and facing the snow front of the ESF 1650 ski school and the start of the Arondiaz cable car. It is in the Les Cimes Blanches residence which is adjacent to the Fahrenheit Hotel and the Maison du Moriond (cable car departure, ESF and Forfait). This family accommodation is in the heart of the resort and close to all amenities. Covered parking included

Cosy Nest Courchevel

The Cosy Nest is a small but comfortable studio in Courchevel Village (1550). It is the perfect getaway for a trip to the stunning French Alps, within close proximity to local amenities and the slopes! Just across the road from the studio is access to the base of the Proveres piste (blue) which effectively enables ski-in ski-out access for much of the season, snow-permitting. The Grangettes lift is also within a very short walk / ski, which is super convenient.

Accommodation close (5min walk) to the center/slopes/shops/ski school. You will enjoy it for its calm and space of conviviality and its light. It's good for families (with or without kids) who want to have a good time together. It is known for being well-equipped and bringing all the expected comforts. Nevertheless , it is located on the 3rd and top floor of a building with no elevator inaccessible to guests with limited mobility.
