We offer two rooms (see other listing) in our 4P accommodation on the ground floor with 2 terraces and a small garden in the heart of a recent residence at the entrance to the Grand Parc des Coquibus. The apartment is divided into 2 accommodations each closing with their key The entrance to the apartment is common to both accommodations. Guest accommodation with an Eiffel Tower view is not shared, it's like a studio with a balcony. There is a bedroom area with a queen-size bed, 1 wardrobe, floor lamps, equipped kitchen, and small shower area. The toilet is opposite the bedroom. On the balcony: 1 table and 2 chairs, a space is reserved for gardening.
