Located at the foot of the Cathar Castles, 12 minutes from Mirepoix or Chalabre, 35 minutes from the City of Carcassonne but also 15 minutes from the lakes of Montbel or Puivert for swimming and water activities. Salamander Chalet

Enjoy the peace, the view and the comfort of this stylish chalet. Very suitable as a romantic getaway or relaxing in nature with your family. We are at 650 meters altitude, in a hot summer it is always a little cooler than in the valley and with a breeze, very pleasant. At night, the lake cools down and it's a good night's sleep. We don't need air conditioning. Dogs are welcome, €15 per stay. There is a wood-burning stove for the winter. We provide a wheelbarrow with firewood for €15.
