Enjoy this house on the banks of the Seine (swimming, kayaking... directly from the house). The house has 3 bedrooms (double beds + sofa bed in the living room) each with private bathroom and toilet. One bedroom with a balcony overlooking the Seine, a second with a large covered terrace also served by a staircase overlooking the garden. In village all shops, 10 min from the lake of the eastern forest, tour of the lake by bike way from Lusigny. Less than 30 minutes from Nigloland Amusement Park. An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.

The sound of water. The song of birds. Forest immersion in a corner of paradise by a river with all modern comforts (bathroom, toilet). To complete this idyllic setting, you will find on site outdoor games (pétanque, badminton), hammock, kayak and barbecue. Roulotte WA offers, in addition, tea, coffee, chips (offered) and Champagne Local at extra cost. Possibility to rent a second trailer with kitchen (4 people + 2 children).

Relax in this quiet and stylish space. Small Champagne-style house, located close to the historic city center of Troyes, the lakes of the Forêt d 'Orient, vineyards and factory shops. On the ground floor you have a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a tv lounge area. On the same level, you have one bedroom, one shower room and one toilet. Upstairs are two open-plan sleeping areas and an office. No pets allowed.

At the end of a cul-de-sac, peaceful country house located less than a 10-minute drive from the Orient Lakes. Guests can enjoy the view of our horses in the meadow, as well as walks in the forest accessible 200 m from the house. Ideally located, 20 minutes from historic Troyes city center and outlet stores, 5 minutes from Lusigny-sur-Barse for all daily needs, and 35 minutes from the famous Nigloland amusement park.
