Vestibule porch to long hallway, Large living room, beautiful bathroom, family sized Kitchen and spacious King size bedroom. King size bed, a double fold out sofa bed. Double glazed. Gas cooking/heating. Absolutely lovely and spotlessly clean. 1Mins walk to Ibrox underground. Bellahouston park, Asda, Lidl. Gorgeous flat in a great location

I've made this space into a happy, comfy, friendly flat. Excellent location. Less than 5 minute walk to a train station with trains to the city centre every 10 minutes or so (train takes 6/7 mins). Locally you are within walking distance of shops, restaurants & bars in Strathbungo and Shawlands. Queens park is also within 5 minute walk. O2 Academy nearby as is Hampden. The flat is in a quiet cul de sac. While you are here I will use my en suite so you can have the main bathroom to yourself.

Beautiful traditional tenement flat in Shawlands, the buzzing south-side of Glasgow. Queens Park, trendy bars, restaurants, and supermarkets are on your doorstep. Glasgow city centre is easily accessible within 10 minutes by train or slightly longer by bus. The flat has very spacious rooms with original features, newly fitted bathroom and has all very homely feel.
