We were very comfortable in Richard's flat. He makes good use of the space, it is well equiped and it is well placed to easily access interesting places in Glasgow - much within walking distance eg Kelvingrove Park and Gallery with good public transport v. close by. Also varied shops, dining and other resources within a few minutes walk. NB, I am told by a native Glaswegian that this is the kind of location that they would pick to stay if they were visiting. The flat was warm and welcoming as were other people in the building when we encountered them. Regarding any communication, Richard was quick to respond and it felt easy to contact him as he was warm and friendly in all his messages and responses. All in all, we would be happy to return and it was a pleasure to take care of his flat.

What a great find. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the rooms and how well equipped the house is. Airy, spacious and super clean. Kevin was available to welcome us and made us feel right at home. The proximity to the subway gave us easy access to the city and there was free on street parking available when we arrived, which was very convenient. A gem of a place that made our visit to Glasgow a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay in Scott’s very attractive, comfortable flat. It’s got a really nice outdoor patio area and the walk along the harbour is fun to do. Lots of nice restaurants nearby and the parking is very straightforward. Scott himself was very friendly and helpful. All in all quite a find!
