Anthony was one of the most responsive hosts we have encountered in our many Air B&B rentals -- very helpful! A few unexpected things came up during our stay, but Anthony quickly and appropriately responded each time. The condo itself is spacious, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. This was our first time to find a four-bedroom, four-bath condo for our family of seven, and we found it very comfortable.. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, too. One thing to be aware of in Seven Springs condos is the number of stairs, which could be a consideration for older folks, but we are in our seventies and did fine there.

A gem in the area. Very comfortable and all the amenities needed for a family. Beautifully decorated. We aren’t used to stairs up but it was good exercise. Close to everything we needed when visiting local family. Host is super communicative and provided everything we needed for a successful stay. We hope to be back!

Courtney’s place is fantastic and we highly recommend it! We really enjoyed our ski weekend at Seven Springs. The shuttle bus to the resort is right by the condo and was a convenient way to get to and from the mountain. The condo had everything we needed, it’s clean, comfortable, and was perfect for our family of four. We’d love to come back!

Great communication, perfect location for our conference, easy check-in/check-out, was able to trouble shoot a minor issue very quickly. Very pleasant stay, felt right at home and safe. We would definitely book again!

We stayed at Jody's place for our family ski trip. The house was spotless and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Jody was very responsive and helpful with all of the questions we had about the house and ski resort. Highly recommended!

I and my husband loved Anthony’s condo!! He was very responsive, warm and friendly! It was a last minute booking and he helped us confirm the place within seconds and made everything super easy for us. The condo is very clean and convenient. The kitchen has all the utensils you need to make a meal for your family. Lots of linens and towels were available, entire place looked even better than the photos! We loved the patio attached to the condo and had a very relaxing stay. Will 100% recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable stay!! We will definitely be back😃

We had a great time at Anthony’s property for a weekend of skiing at Seven Springs. The property is quiet, clean, and cozy. We loved playing the family games around the wood burning fireplace. Anthony was responsive when we had inquires related to the firewood. Although there wasn’t enough snow for ski in/ski out on our weekend (late February), there were shuttle buses available and the drive to the lodge was a breeze. The Foggy Goggle at the lodge was a ton of fun after a day of skiing. The property overall was a great pick!

Everything we expected. Super responsive hosts before, after, and during our stay. Hoping to book again next year for the same type event as well as recommend the option to others in that area.

Okay so let’s be candid here. This place is exactly as described. The furniture is sparse, the walls are bare, there are a plethora of stairs to get up to the unit, and everytime I came back in the evening I had to go into the restaurant and speak to the manger to have him move cars. The place was very clean in the way that an apartment of this type can ever feel clean, which is only partially. This is not a hotel, this is not spa, this is the most affordable AirBnB I could find in the best location for the price. It was perfect for me! Having a secure free spot to park (even if I had to campaign for it every night) was worth the cost. The location is fantastic, the host is incredibly communicative, the bed is comfortable, the water is hot, the bathroom is nice, and the place is cleaned. Otherwise, there are no frills or charm to be found in the unit itself, but that’s not why I booked it. This was the perfect AirBnB for me and my needs.

Great spot for a weekend getaway

Dani was very responsive, we were confused about parking, but she responded right away with more instructions. The kitchen was nicely stocked and I was impressed (and appreciated) how kid friendly it was!

This condo was perfect. Bunk beds are a cute little hang out for the kids and it’s a very clean well taken care of place. It’s exactly as it looks in the pictures so it did not disappoint!

This property was perfect for our family of four. It’s even better than the photos. Clean, comfortable, modern, and we loved the ski in/ski out and hot tub amenities. Highly recommend!

I was in the area for a few days of fishing and Cody's place fit the bill nicely as a place to stay within short driving distance of many great fishing spots. The condo looked just like the photos and I found it very clean and nicely furnished. I didn't have many questions but Cody was quick to respond when I did. Overall, I would definitely choose to stay there again.

Immaculate townhome! Felt like home and was great for our family. Plenty of room with large open kitchen and family area. Our host, Richard, was very responsive to questions we had. Very convenient if you’re going skiing/snowboarding at Seven Springs. It was just a short 5 min shuttle ride. We called for a shuttle early before normal hours and it arrived within 3 minutes. Definitely recommend!

Can’t say enough good things about this place in downtown Warren! Beautiful space, well decorated, super clean and had more than all the necessities needed. We were surrounded by great eats and the view of the courthouse is spectacular. We enjoyed exploring the area which has grown a ton since our last visit! Rachel was a fantastic and generous host and made the entire process seamless. Highly recommend this stay!

A perfect price and size for a family of five who only needed a quick two night stay. Brian has great communication and responsiveness. Condo is very clean and provides everything necessary to enjoy a comfortable trip. Will definitely stay again!

Great location for skiing weekend at Seven Springs. Bus picks you up right in front for the slopes or if you want to go to the resort for dinner. Townhome is lovely and has everything you could need. Very clean and comfortable.

My stay here was perfect. Had everything I needed either right there at Lizzy's or nearby. The house was lovely and very convenient. She is a super host, and I look forward to coming back here.

The place was a great value and very close to seven springs. We liked the convenience of the school bus shuttle and thoughtful touches such as tissue boxes and hair conditioner which many B&Bs surprisingly do not provide. The owner was responsive. Evolve really didn't do anything except send me instructions. I had no means to communicate with them.

This was a great condo and home base for skiing. It was very clean, very cozy and the decor was adorable and perfect for a mountain retreat. Loved the details, mood lighting, wood burning fireplace, and it was a very short walk to the slopes. Everyone felt right at home and relaxed. Thanks for sharing this wonderful place with us.

Justin was extremely responsive, and provided clear instructions/directions for check in and getting to the condo. Clearly recently renovated, and very well kept, it was perfect for my needs. Would highly recommend their place if you are in the area!
