The little house close to the historic center

Renovated 50-square-meter apartment on the 1st floor in a small independent house at the back of our garden with no neighbors. We use the ground floor as a garage. On the edge of a non-traffic street, you will be close to the historic center (10 min walk) and access to Puy Mary. Free parking at the top of the street 150 m away, possibility to stop in front of the accommodation to drop off luggage and leave bicycles in our garage. Terrace not accessible except during the Éclat festival week.

This is a new apartment attached to our main house. This lovely cocoon is tastefully made to make our guests feel right at home. In the kitchen you will find the essentials for cooking good dishes. It is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker. You can also relax in the living room area with the sofa bed and TV. The bedroom area has a queen size bed with a view of the meadows. In the bathroom: a shower cabin and toilet.

Come and discover the Prince's nest! Ideally located in the heart of Aurillac (in the pedestrian area), you will have an independent floor which contains a large bathroom, a bedroom with very good quality bedding and a desk area with Wi-Fi (no kitchen or kitchenette). The studette

Detached 15 m2 studio (Height: 2.15 m), on the ground floor of our house. Located between town and countryside, it consists of a bathroom, a kitchenette and a 140 cm bed. A small table is available outside. Parking in the yard of the house or on the street. No pets or parties please. Please note: our living rooms are located just above the studio. So you can hear noise during your stay!

2-room apartment on the 3rd and top floor of a character building in the historic city center of Aurillac. Ideally located in the Saint Géraud Abbey district, the accommodation is 100 meters from the Town Hall Square and the theater. Guests can take full advantage of the immediate proximity to pedestrian streets, shops and restaurants in the hyper center.
