Tucked in amongst the trees on the edge of woodland at the back of our semi-rural property, the cabin has a private deck area with views across the neighbour's field where sheep and horses graze. You may also see deer and rabbits and be serenaded by tawny owls in the evening. Good WiFi. Walking distance of the South of England showground, Wakehurst Place, local pubs and close to Ardingly College. Breakfast included. Good for WFH

Guests can use one bedroom and have exclusive use of the rest of the cottage which benefits from its own private garden and patio area. This stunning hand-crafted cabin is the master piece of a highly talented Sussex craftsman. It is constructed using sustainable oak, chestnut and ash from the surrounding woods. It is full of gorgeous bespoke detailing, for example the entrance to the cabin is inspired by a sea cave in Cornwall. It's secret location is like another world, up on a bank above a winding stream in the dappled light of old oak trees. The air is full of bird song and deer run freely all around.

This newly renovated stylish Annexe is attached to our home in the hamlet of Ansty, a stones throw to the picturesque village of Cuckfield with its four pubs, independent boutiques and award winning Ockenden Manor and Spa. The location provides a perfect base to enjoy the many NT properties such as Nymans and Sheffield Park as well as Wakehurst Place and the Prairie Gardens. There are also many vineyards in the surrounding area particulary Ridgeview and Bolney Estate.

The area is fully fenced around the Bothy for your dog’s safety should you wish to bring your four legged friend.
