It is not far from Capo di Ponte, to admire the rock engravings. In the winter season, it is a convenient place to reach the ski resorts (Borno, Montecampione, Temù, Ponte di Legno and Tonale).

At the back of the house there is a spacious garden with a barbecue area, and a few steps away only upon reservation and with an ADDITIONAL COST you can use the outdoor relaxation area with a wood-heated tub and Finnish sauna reserved for two and a half hours. It is a perfect place for couples but also for your furry friends.

The main floor is an apartment, dating from between 1450 and 1650, completely renovated in 2023, at the "Roseto del Drago" of Casa Cassan, a historic residence (ADSI), in the historic center of the village, in a charming architectural complex rich in history, bright, reserved, overlooking courtyards and garden, embellished by constant flowering of roses, hydrangeas and wisteria. A charming environment cared for by the family that has hosted and lived in it for 3 centuries.

Siviano is the quietest place on an island that has very special features: private cars cannot land, you can rent bicycles, use the public bus and above all discover it on foot. The house is very welcoming. Consisting of a studio furnished in modern style with all comforts, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and hot tub. All surrounded by nature and the outdoor presence of a large swimming pool for the EXCLUSIVE USE of guests. The property being close to the medieval castle is not accessible by your own means, we use our car to bring guests and luggage. However, it is a 200-meter walk in the green of the hill.
