We had a great time at La Pouardais. Cozy house, great jacuzzi and beautiful and spacious garden. Maximilen and Lucy are very friendly and caring hosts, and so are their kids and the dog Uno. We were welcomed with local organic cider and juice. The location is calm and pleasant, 8-min by car from the nearest supermarket, and 5-min from the beach. The house was just renovated and has almost everything you need, including toys, games, and BBQ set. We just missed a hairdryer, sound speakers and kitchen basics - there was only salt, vinegar and a little bit of coffee. So you know what to bring. One thing you should know is that the host lives on the same semi-detached house. For us it was good, our kids even played together. But it's good to know that you won't have 100% privacy. Also the wifi was unstable and so were the lights, low from time to time. The electric system could use a little improvement. But we would definitely go back!
