Appartement traversant de 32 m2 avec ses deux pièces. Maison ancienne..rénovation en 2024 A 100 m du commissariat, 200 m du cinéma .À 2mn de la gare. Les ruelles autour peuvent vous offrir une place. Un parking payant la journée , gratuit la nuit se trouve dans là même rue. Douche 70/70cm… SDB attenante à celle des voisins..ce qui peut engendrer une gêne. Les cloisons sont fines et si c’est bruyant , ne pas hésiter à aller toquer L’appartement se trouve dans une rue à sens unique et calme.

The apartment is located in a quiet small pedestrian street near Place Foch. The accommodation is on the first floor. It includes a kitchen and lounge area with sofa, a bathroom (shower and WC) a bedroom with a double bed. The entrance is independent. Shared places: we live next door but make available during the stay the small courtyard with garden table and chairs,on the ground floor as well as a laundry room with washing machine , for bicycles or other.

Located on the 1st and 2nd floors of the oldest building, its large mezzanine bedroom under a vault is ideal for a couple. In the living room an extra bed for 1 person can be added. Shower room and separate toilet but requiring to go through the bedroom. In the common inner courtyard you can sit down to read or have lunch (outdoor furniture).
