The cottage is an outbuilding of the house. Renovated in September 2019, you can enjoy the garden, pool (subject to authorization and deposit) and a crazy view. From the peaks of the Ardèche to the foothills of the Vercors... All facing south!!!! The cottage is online on several rental platforms and classified ad sites, the calendar is always up to date. Attention: No WIFI, but 5G is available!! June 2025: A bioclimatic pergola has just arrived!! NO PARTIES!

In the countryside, near Romans sur Isère, small cottage of about 30 m2 on our property next to our house. Many walks are within walking distance or further towards the Vercors (1/2 H), the Palais du Facteur Cheval or the Abbey of Saint Antoine.
