Apartment located in a converted stone house in the heart of the Drôme Valley, in a quiet place. South-facing terrace with unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside, ideal for enjoying the sun and al fresco dining. WARNING: no garden and no access to the swimming pool. Self-contained entrance. Portable air conditioning unit in the double bedroom and fans. The Drôme River is 800 meters away. Hiking trails start from the hamlet, and there's a cycling route along the river.

Relax and recharge your batteries in this pretty & quiet pied-à-terre, nestled in a 34,000 m2 site on the edge of the forest in the foothills of the Syncinal de Saou. From the swimming pool you have a beautiful view of the Drome valley. Enjoy the surroundings to hike, swim, read or rest. The 30m2 studio has a double bed in the living room and a single extra bed on the mezzanine accessible by a ladder. From the house you can directly access multiple beautiful hiking trails.

In the upper Livron, with cobblestone, narrow and steep streets, close to hiking trails and an associative grocery store with local products. We will welcome you upstairs of our house, with private access and the possibility of self check-in. The ground floor is our home, the interior staircase is communicating but partitioned and closed by a door. In the summer, we will share our terrace and pool under our large linden tree. We can store your luggage and bikes.

You will have an equipped kitchen, a living area, a lounge area with a view, upstairs a master suite, XL shower, 160 cm bed, standard bedroom with shower and 2 twin beds. The Drôme River is a 5-minute drive away, to enjoy many swimming spots in summer. Our small village, Piégros-la-Clastre is 2 km away, where you can enjoy the bar/restaurant.

Charming 40m² holiday home located in the village of Aouste-Sur-Sye, in the Drôme. Refurbished in 2023, it is fully equipped for your utmost comfort. It includes a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, a TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Enjoy the outdoors with the sheltered terrace and outdoor kitchen with sink, where you can enjoy your meals. Your pets are welcome.

A fully renovated apartment in Drôme Provençale with an exterior on the ground floor, facing south, with private river access. It is in an old farmhouse, located 5 minutes from the village of Saou and its incredible forest. Possibility of hiking and mountain biking, numerous climbing sites, canoeing... Perched villages to visit, farmers' markets nearby and many atypical restaurants... The region has everything to charm you!

Head in the clouds and feet in the water

Former agricultural building, this 75 m2 house has been completely renovated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a premium service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but with your feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.

The two arches

My place is a village house, which has a staircase to access the floor and then after all the rooms are on one level however there are a few steps. The house has a separate kitchen from a large living room with a sofa bed, a room with a double bed and a bathroom. There is a small terrace. Our house is part of the history of the village, it represents the old Provencal houses. We added essential equipment.

The studio is composed of a mini kitchen, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Our house is located on Crest (2.5 km from the city center) in a very quiet and green area. 20 min walk - 5 min by bike or car from the center… Because it's downhill…!!! Parking with trailer is no problem. Our swimming pool (in season) and deckchairs are available.
