Monthly Rentals in Crestview, Los Angeles

This place is exactly as advertised, and Rutilio is a great host. I stayed for a month, the place is clean, quiet, and exactly matches the pictures. About once a week I would get a message just checking to see if I was ok, and if I needed anything, enough to make me feel welcome without being overbearing. Thanks for making me feel at home!

This was my first stay at Elaina’s and it will certainly not be the last! This place is the absolute cutest! It felt like I was right at home. The area is safe and family oriented. There are always neighbors taking daily strolls, and everyone is friendly. When you walk into the house you’re walking into the living room, which has a couch (that I fell asleep on a few times) with a tv and dining table. The kitchen is spacious as well and has everything you need to cook there. The main bedroom is also spacious and has a television. The pillows in both bedrooms are super comfortable and you will sleep like a baby. Ample closet space. Second bedroom has a bunk bed that also has another pull out bed, so technically it can sleep 3 in one room. Washer and dryer which is clutch! I love being able to do laundry where I’m staying. There’s honestly nothing you will not like here. I stayed for a month and was sad when I had to leave.

I stayed in this property for about two months while I was getting settled after moving to LA. The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and had lots of amenities nearby. The property itself was clean and modern, and had lots of privacy. It was very cozy and had everything I needed to feel comfortable. David was an incredible host who was always friendly, communicative, and went out of his way to make me feel welcome in a new city. My experience overall was excellent - I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay in LA.

Albert and Myrna were just wonderful hosts. I spent 3 full months here and I couldn’t have felt more at ease. Highly recommend!
