It's the best choice to relax, spent time with your family/relationship, work/study and enjoy the sun. You will have the opportunity to explore the whole east Crete because of it's special location. Calm and quiet neighborhood into the nature! Ideal for holidays. Just 200 meters for "Long beach" (one of the cleanest in the world / house view), and less than 9km from Ierapetra. Restaurants, mini market, clinic, pharmacy, bus station, kiosks will be less than 1 minute by foot from your home.

Blue and Sea vol2

Blue and sea vol2 is an ideal holiday home. The house is literally on the sea. It's comfortable and bright, with rest areas. On its large veranda-balcony you can enjoy the view and relax. It is close to Koutsouras, Makrygialos where there are Super Markets and restaurants, coffee shops etc. Near to home there are the organized beaches of Achlia, Galini, Agia Fotia. Nearby villages for exploring the mountains Oreino, the Shinokapsala, and the famous Dasaki of Koytsoyra with a local taverna.

A wooden balcony table is set for an evening gathering, featuring an assortment of fruits and a bottle of wine. Two white chairs provide comfortable seating. The serene sea view reflects the glow of the moon, with mountains outlining the horizon under a twilight sky.

THE VILLA WAS BUILT IN 2021.The villa is located at the entrance of Kalyves, a popular coastal resort in northwest Crete. Kalyves is a small, cozy place where Greek traditions are still maintained and where everything is offered for a wonderful holiday experience. A Super Market is located 200 meters away, where you can find everything you need. In the area you can find lots of restaurants, taverns and café but also spend your day at the crystal beach nearby (150m away).

The stylish bathroom features a glass-enclosed shower with a modern showerhead. A natural stone wall contrasts with sleek gray tiles. A wooden ladder leans against the wall, and a round mirror reflects soft lighting. Storage baskets are arranged on a wooden shelf below a vessel sink.
