I stayed here with my girlfriend and we had the most marvelous time. Truly the best experience staying anywhere either of us have ever had. The host is exceptional. Everybody we’ve met in Greece has been kind, warm and welcoming, but Lamprinos went above and beyond. I really can’t put into words how great of a stay this was. The place itself is magnificent, it’s beautiful and luxurious; the stay could cost twice as much as it did and still be incredible value. The best part has to be the hospitality though. Absolutely unmatched. If you’re coming to Crete, do yourself a favor and stay at 1924, you will love it or I’ll eat my socks.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable and the view is absolutely spectacular! Although it is rented through a company, communication was easy and responsive. The surroundings are very lively, so we expected some noise, but the windows are very well insulated, so it wasn’t bothersome. The location is hard to beat! We would definitely come back!

On our first day in Crete we arrived at Georgios’ place. And it felt right at home. Gerogios welcomed us with a smile and even though we were a bit late because of a misunderstanding, we didn't feel any problem. The rooms were big and pleasant, Netflix and ps for the kids, lovely balcony to sit in and feel the breeze, and the kitchen had all we needed. The location is amazing, just a few steps walk to a beautiful beach with clear calm waters and nice sand for the kids to play in. along the beach there are many options for small restaurants with sun beds. the town was also a lovely place to walk in. a great experience in every aspect. totally recommend!

Thank you for the wonderful time in Mochlos. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back again. The description of the amenities was very accurate, except for small things like missing oil, salt, pepper. Thank you for the uncomplicated communication.

The villa is lovely and has everything you need for a holiday. Clean and well maintained. There was extra cleaning during the week. Great view of the sea and the mountains. The cars passing on the main road, which is 100m below the villa, create a slight noise, but it is not unbearable. Maria is a great host and despite the late evening time of arrival she was waiting for us with a smile. She took care of us all the time and gave us valuable advice. There was a problem with the dishwasher, which was fixed the next day as soon as I informed Maria. We had a great week and would come back again.

villa is located in the centre, very close to the beach, restaurants. Nice people around, very helpful. Although sleeping is in a first floor, and kitchen, living room and a terrace is on the 2nd floor, it has sence, because of a beautiful view from terrace. we really enjoyed our 5 nights stay. We had a lovely stay at Mapia's home, everything was what we were expecting with the added bonus of meeting Mapia's parents and other members of extended family. They were all available if we had any problems (we didn't) but not intruding at all. George another family member, introduced himself and we could go to him if we had any questions. A lovely relaxing holiday, thank you Mapia 😊

We had a very plesant stay at the house. Really calm and with the best view you can imagine. Everything was super in order. The house is spacious and neat. Just walk down the garden and you are at the beach !! We've enjoyed the compagny of the cretan cats. Feels like like coming home at Katherina's place. Katherina asked us many times via messages if all was okay, wich it was. And we had the pleasure of meating her husband. Very kind people.

Our stay in Mochlos was a dream. Right before season finished by the end of October. We did not feel like being in Airbnb but at a friend’s place. Maria’s place has everything you need (and even more). No matter if having breakfast on the terrace or watching stars at night from the rooftop - you’ll find your favorite spot. Mochlos is a beauty of a town. Despite its size coming with quite a variety of culinary offerings. Beach ist tiny but right in front of the house and the see is crisp and clear with an azure shimmer. Even without a car we did not miss (out) anything. The perfect touch of our stay was bumping into Maria on our last day. We loved it and will come back!

My boyfriend and I visited during Christmas time(2024). She had filled the apartment with Christmas lights and decorations, which after a long day of traveling, immediately put us in the holiday spirit. She was very easy to communicate with and after learning of my boyfriends love of pizza she provided us with a personalized list of the best pizzas around town. There was also a booklet in the apartment with a rundown of the city(history, restaurants, sightseeing, etc) which is helpful to anyone visiting from another country. Would definitely come back to Chania as well as this apartment! Thank you Katerina!

Chrisi is a superb host! She was always helpful and always in a good mood and friendly . The apartment is perfect for excursions , but also perfect to the beach around the corner. In addition, there is everything you need to live and there is even a small bottle of raki in the fridge to welcome you. We will be coming here again!! Brigitte and Peter

A great stay in a calm area of stalida. The beach is walkable from the apartment. There are two nice balconies to sit at, and one has shadow at all times on one of them which is very convenient in the heat. There is air condition in the bed room and a large fridge to keep stuff cool. The washing machine and stove are all new and clean. The street in front of the house is ok to park at, but there is no specific parking spots. The back balcony has a view to the sea and we really liked staying there in the evenings to chat. All in all a great stay.

Wonderful location with beautiful views of the sunrise, mountains and the sea. We enjoyed being near the sheep farms - it was fun to watch them!Easy walk into Panormos. Lots of amazing restaurants close by. The place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We felt right at home and would gladly stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The appartment was even bigger than it seemed according to the pictures. Everything was clean and cosy! Although it was the end of the touristic season, we’ve enjoyed Rethymno and its surroundings. The only downside was the noice at night, so we couldn’t sleep with the windows open, but there was airco available.

We had Dimitris as our host and let me say, everything was perfect. We were delayed getting in by a day and he was always very responsive when we communicated our later check-in needs. When we finally arrived a day later he was quick to get us in our place but not before grabbing us a couple beers and a bottle of wine to start our 10 year anniversary trip. He also gave us excellent recommendations of local restaurants to start the trip off right. The place is exactly as described and then some. It is in the heart of the night life and all the beaches, but the location still quiet and peaceful. When enjoying the rooftop patio and hot tub, you would swear you were off in a secluded location. When inside the suite with the doors closed, you couldn’t even hear peep from anyone walking around on the beach front strip. Dimitris was always quick with answers to our questions and recommendations throughout our stay. Without a doubt we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We really enjoyed being guest at Dimitris place. The apartment is very cosy and welcoming. The kitchen was very well equipped (oil, vinegar, spices, sugar, coffee).

The apartment is perfectly located to explore the island, you are in the center of the island, immediately on the highway (recommendation: before moving in, be sure to practice driving backwards to the mountain!!) and yet the apartment is very quiet and has a great view of the sea. Especially the small balcony directly above the sea appealed to us, even if it might be a little too hot/not shaded in summer. Here you can also quickly make friends with the 4 cats, who occasionally also drive the neighbor dog to whiteness. Those who are afraid of cats should prefer to look for another apartment with these attached specimens, cat lovers will love it. Marianna's mother is a good soul, bringing eggs from the in-house chickens as well as fresh fruit and vegetables. All in all for us the perfect place to combine exploring the island with relaxation.
