Welcome to La Pequina! My father and brother built this little Chartreuse wooden house last year. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room open to the kitchen and a very large terrace. There is no one opposite, the view overlooks Chamechaude, the highest mountain in Chartreuse, on one side and the Charmant-Som on the other. In summer you will find nice walks, in winter you will enjoy cross-country skiing, sledding and beginner slopes.

We offer an independent house in the Grésivaudan Valley, between Grenoble and Chambéry. Single-story, cozy and very bright, with private garden and parking space. It is located in the center of the village, next to the owners' house (not overlooked) in a quiet area. It is located between the Chartreuse and Belledonne mountain ranges. Many activities await you: mountain (skiing, hiking, paragliding), cycling, swimming (lakes), sightseeing.

Sainte-Agnès Accommodation

Located in Sainte-Agnès in the Belledonne balconies with magnificent views of the Belledonne range, the accommodation is completely independent. You are 10 minutes from Crolles (city) and 20 minutes from the 7 Laux ski resort. The 50 m2 accommodation is fully equipped with a large bedroom, sofa bed, large bathroom and equipped kitchen. Nearby you can enjoy many hikes, lakes... in summer and snowshoeing, skiing, sledding... in winter.
