The Annexe is situated just off the road down a country track in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a newly renovated space within our barn conversion. It is located in a rural part of North Norfolk and although surrounded by countryside, it is also only a short distance to many beautiful beaches, making it the perfect escape. The village centre has a bus stop and a welcoming pub, both are within walking distance (a tranquil 15-20 minute walk). There are also train links nearby too.

The Loft sits high up in the heart of Cromer.

The Loft is a second floor flat located in the centre of Cromer. A stones throw from the beach. Cromer is perched on the edge of the North Norfolk coast and is famous for its Victorian Pier. The loft is decorated to a high standard with fluffy towels, feather duvets in the winter months( not in summer) and a fully equipped kitchen complete with washing machine and dishwasher.
