Fire pit and grill (seasonal). One mile to downtown BC on a walkable bike trail and six miles to Boyne Mountain.

Bring your boat, we have 150' of dock!! Launch next door. Riverfront cabin in the woods with a hot tub overlooking the water. The cabin is very comfortable & is ready for guests to enjoy! It has 3 bedrooms & can comfortably sleep 6 people. Very private with ducks, swans, deer and a bald eagle to enjoy! Only house in area is in our family as well so no neighbors. Escape technology (no internet or cable but Verizon and AT&T have coverage) & enjoy peace & quiet! Please note no air conditioning.

Riverfront cottage 1-mile nature walk to downtown

A unique old-school cottage located right on the Bear River and Petoskey's newly developed Bear River park and trail. A one-mile meandering walk, over the river and through the woods will take you to downtown Petoskey and Lake Michigan. Along the riverwalk in the opposite direction is a skate park and running track.
