Monthly Rentals in Cross Fell

Well worth the visit, it’s so well set up and the host was so welcoming having made sure the heat had been turned on prior to arrival and helped when we took a wrong turn. It’s beautiful and peaceful with water from the mill stream tinkling right outside and a convenient seating by the front door! The drive there was just awe inspiring as well!

Our stay at Julie’s was absolutely lovely; the attention to detail was second to none, every room was spotless and looked fresh and new. The decor was very inviting and tasteful and the view out of the bedroom window was beautiful. The location was perfect- very peaceful and green. And of course Julie was ever so welcoming and kind and quick to answer any queries.

We had a fantastic stay at the Granary Flat just outside Penrith. The flat was beautifully kept, comfortable, and had everything we needed, with plenty of space to relax and get ready for a nearby wedding. The host was really helpful before our arrival, providing lots of useful local information. The peaceful farm setting made it even more special. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at the cottage. Amanda greeted us on arrival and showed us around but there’s a self-check in option available too. The place is very cozy and quiet. There’s sheep at the doorstep and there were little lambs at this time of the year. At night we could hear an owl, really nice. Amanda gave us some great recommendations for the area and was always responsive if we needed anything. The place has everything you need to feel right at home. There’s games, books and extra blankets. The bed was very comfortable and lots of space for clothes, luggage, etc. We only stayed for a few days but we throughly enjoyed the place. Special mention to the spa/bath tub which was blissful. There was tea/coffee and biscuits available on arrival. Free parking IN the cottage too so no fussing around looking for where to park. The nearby town has a supermarket and a petrol station plus some tiny local shops. Highly recommenced to anyone looking for somewhere peaceful and calm.
