Unique Riverfront Retreat, Sauna, Private Pond

Escape to this secluded 18‑acre riverfront oasis in Newaygo. Sleeping up to 10 guests, the main house has two king bedrooms, a double queen room, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with river views. A separate bunkhouse adds another king suite with a copper rain shower and kitchenette. Enjoy a private spa with sauna and hot tub overlooking Moskegon River, hike forest trails to ponds where you can feed carp and unwind on the multi‑level deck overlooking the river.

Nestled on the banks of the Croton Dam Pond this is a great place to get away and create awesome memories with friends & family. Welcome to our cottage! We are located directly on the Muskegon River in Newaygo Michigan. The Muskegon River is known for its great fishing. You can fish right out front of the cottage or bring your own river boat and keep it at our dock. Kayak and tube rentals are available in town. Enjoy the intimate feel of the cottage with cozy rooms and a fully stocked kitchen for you to enjoy eating in. Downtown Newaygo has many restaurants and shopping if you want to venture out.

The Croton House

Relax and enjoy all the Croton area has to offer. Whether you are a mountain bike enthusiast ready to take on the Dragon, a fisherman, kayaker or river rafter, we are within minutes of each. We are also close to sections of the North Country Trail. Located on Croton Pond, we have a private dock you can fish or swim from or use it to tie up your own boat. You'll be a short walk from two restaurant/bars, a grocery store, bait shops and gas stations.

Eagles Landing Cottage; A Stunning Waterfront Gem

This newly renovated waterfront cottage has 150 feet of water frontage and plenty of dock space for parking your watercraft. Relax on the wrap-around deck or the waterfront swing and enjoy the view of the river in all seasons. The cottage is fully furnished with 3 queen beds, LVP floors, laundry room, well-appointed kitchen, washer/dryer, and fire pit/patio furniture. Added bonus…5 kayaks, 4 bikes, cornhole boards, and croquet are also available!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Our guesthouse is the perfect space to get away. This small space has everything you need including; stocked kitchen, walk-in closet, sectional sofa and big screen T.V Enjoy your own private patio and separate entrance. Close to 131 highway, Hardy Dam, Dragon Trail, restaurants and more. We live on site, but our home is completely separate from guest house.
