Climb 15 steps to a huge wooded deck and charming apartment with full bed under skylights in a quiet river community. Kitchen equipped with microwave, hot plate, fridge, Keurig, and convection oven. Shower and toilet area flows directly to kitchen without a door, so this space is best for a single person or partners who aren’t shy about bathroom noises. And tall people, be advised: knee walls leave limited head room on either side of loft apartment. Ramshackle neighbors but safe neighborhood!

Cozy Midtown Retreat

I like to brag that this is the cutest studio apartment in the city. It's in a brick Arts & Crafts apartment building built in 1915 and retains a lot of its original architectural features. It's furnished with an eclectic mix of antiques & modern pieces, decorated with original & vintage artwork, & stocked with vintage dishes and silverware. If you like drinking from a Ball jar, this is the place for you! It's furnished for comfort and privacy. It's high ceiling and windows give it character.

Mid-Town/Butler/Broadripple Village Mid-Century

Relax in style in a great neighborhood. The house is central to Broadripple Village and very close to Butler University campus. It is about 15-20 minutes to Downtown or Carmel areas and there are lovely lounges and restaurants walking and a 5 minute drive. Please note this is a vintage mid-century modern house built in 1950. If you are looking for charm in a beautiful neighborhood this is your place. If you are looking for a new house this is not the stay for you.
