It is strategically located, close to shops and restaurants, a few steps from the Pacific Mall. The building has 11 floors and the apartment is on the 9th floor, which you access by elevator. It has two bedrooms with beds for 3 people and 2 and a half people.

The rented 2nd floor consists of a kitchen, living room, dining area, 2 balconies, and 3 bedrooms 2 have queen beds and 1 has a king bed all are stocked with linens. Each room has a private bathroom with hot and cold running water and fully stocked with towels, hairdryer, and basic toiletries. All bedrooms have additional sleeping for 2 more people.
