Gîte des Charmilles in the Perche in Normandy

Our 135 m2 cottage is adjoining our home. It is a 1880 Percheron farmhouse restored on a one hectare park with heated indoor pool (8 m x 5 m) accessible free of charge from April to end of September. The single-story accommodation was restored in 2020 and comes with full amenities. Sleeps 6 + a baby (free equipment on request). Bookings: weekly during school holidays or for 2 nights minimum outside school holidays.

My house is located in the Normandy countryside, in the north of Perche, 2 hours from Paris, in a small village with a small grocery store. Located in the heart of a beautiful region with many villages to visit. 5 minutes by car, the Trappe Forest with its many small lakes. Mortagne-au-Perche is a 20-minute drive away. Between May and September, there are many garage sales. Houlgate Beach is 1.5 hours by car.
