This accommodation can accommodate up to 6 people (2 couples with children or a large family). The garden is equipped with a gas barbecue, a large dining table and a seating area with armchairs, coffee table and sun loungers. Two mountain bikes are available for walks in the surrounding area.

It is located 900 m from the town center, in a hamlet of 3 houses on the edge of the forest, and allows you to reach local shops (bakeries, pharmacy...) on foot, and to go directly for a walk in the forest of Perche Trappe. All 15 min from Mortagne, 2 hours from Paris via the N12, and 10 min from the Soligny water sports center.

The house has seen 2 children grow up and benefits from all the necessary amenities to enjoy your stay: garden games (swings, trampoline, badminton, football area, many toys) and practical amenities (high chair, strollers, high bathtub, etc.), and pony club at the end of the property.

Gîte des Charmilles in the Perche in Normandy

Our 135 m2 cottage is adjoining our home. It is a 1880 Percheron farmhouse restored on a one hectare park with heated indoor pool (8 m x 5 m) accessible free of charge from April to end of September. The single-story accommodation was restored in 2020 and comes with full amenities. Sleeps 6 + a baby (free equipment on request). Bookings: weekly during school holidays or for 2 nights minimum outside school holidays.
