Sea Horse is light and airy, accessed by a short flight of stairs. It consists of a bedroom with a king bed and air-conditioning unit, a bathroom and a well-sized sitting and dining room (with a full-size sleeper sofa) and a fully furnished kitchen. Best of all, there is a furnished terrace with a view overlooking Cruz Bay.

Skedaddle is a stand alone cottage: a large 450 sq ft efficiency with 50 sq ft deck. Queen bed, mattress is Marriott Silver Beauty Rest & full futon along with full kitchen & shower bathroom. The property is all fenced for Skipper, my Portuguese Water Dog. Skipper was the captain of our boat Skedaddle. The yard is very lush & green, seems like rain forest in town. Our place is 'old' Caribbean, wooden cottages, no concrete. Skipper & Skedaddle are two identical cottages next to each other.

Smart TV with Netflix and streaming apps (no cable). 10 min drive to Cruz Bay, restaurants, and grocery stores. 25 min drive to North Shore Beaches. 4 ft shared pool with two other apartments and shared BBQ by the pool.

"The Rockroom" is a one bedroom apartment located within The Hills Saint John. This large space with amazing views of Cruz Bay and St Thomas features a large bedroom with King bed, two full baths, a large living area and a full kitchen. There is also a large private patio with a gas grill and patio furniture. Guests staying at Rockroom will also have access to The Clubhouse Bar (open seasonally and located on the property) as well as a 24 hour fitness center and community pool.

Love City Lofts -Walkable Cruz Bay-Reef Bay Suite

Love City Lofts is affordable and conveniently located in the heart of Cruz Bay. The Reef Bay Suite is a clean one bedroom apartment with a kitchen. Provision's bakery serves breakfast/lunch and is located on the 1st floor. Dry Cleaner/Laundry located on first floor. It is just few minute walk to numerous bars, restaurants, shops, grocery store and ferry dock. A rental car in not needed, but we include parking if you do rent a vehicle.

D' Lite Cottage

D'Lite is a brand new short-term rental on St. John! It is an open concept tiny home with 1 queen bed downstairs and a queen bed in the open loft. The home comes fully equipped with everything you need for your vacation. The home comes with beach towels, chairs, and limited snorkel gear. Please note only one load of laundry is allowed per stay. If additional loads are required there is an additional charge of $5 per load of laundry.
