Canalizu L'Abeya Village House

House rehabilitated in Sotres in 2010. It has two double bedrooms (one double and one twin), a fully equipped bathroom, a living room-kitchen, a fireplace (firewood is not included, but it is provided at an extra cost), heating, and a terrace that allows you to enjoy the Picos de Europa. In 2021 we improved our house with an outdoor porch. In 2022 we installed new windows and in 2023 we installed a new oven and ceramic hob in the kitchen. SmartTV in the living room and free WiFi throughout the house.

Nice house 10 minutes from Cangas de Onís , In a very quiet livestock village on the banks of the Sella River. It has two bedrooms one with two beds of 90 and the other with a bed of 35. a bathroom with shower , toilet and living room with fireplace ,kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, iron, washing machine, dryer and everything necessary to have a pleasant stay . Outside the house there is a barbecue and a large terrace area. The house is ideal for those who love tranquility but at the same time is very well connected via the N634 with the main cities of eastern Asturias such as Arriondas (10km) Cangas de Onís (17km) Ribadesella (28km)

The house is distributed on 2 floors separated by a wooden staircase, the living room (with sofa bed) and the kitchen on the ground floor,  and a bathroom with shower and the double bedroom (with 1.35 bed) on the second floor. Leaving the room you can enjoy a terrace with tables and chairs where you can enjoy the outdoors. In the surroundings you can normally park without problem.
