Nice 2400sf Provencal house surrounded by a 60000sf field with an heated swimming pool and a barbecue space. House in the country side, no neighboors and not overlooked. However, the house is closed to the village (5’ by car), where you’ll find bakeries, butchers, supermarkets, restaurants.... The house is 30 minutes away from Hyeres Les Palmiers (beaches and port) and the ferry to go to Porquerolles Island (elected most beautiful beach in Europe a few years ago).

The cottage is close to a road appreciated by cyclists (the road climbs into the garrigue) The highway is 3 km away. The beaches of Hyères, La Londe-les-Maures and Toulon are 25 km away. The Verdon Gorge is 1.5 hours away. You will enjoy the calm, the singing of birds and cicadas.

Anse Méjean, great landscape, right by the seaside
Méjean is a fishermen's village set above the turquoise waters of an enchanting Mediterranean cove. Its pristine waters are listed for the richness of their fauna. The cove attracts kayakers, paddle boarders, divers and yachts coming to enjoy this haven of peace. The place is easy to access, 15' from Toulon station, but the city remains invisible and it feels like the world's end.
