Frogs croaking, cozy cabin, comfy beds! Building and managing fires was fun work. It was too bad the snow had melted but it was lovely anyways.

We had a great time at Paul's place, private and peaceful. Watched the stars from the hot tub and sunset from divers rock (quick walk). The snorkeling around divers rock is fantastic at low tide, provided the ocean chill doesn't take you out too fast! The yurt was a really neat experience, well insulated and quiet. Would definitely stay again!

Paul’s place is absolutely stunning, from the pristine and spotless cabin to the breathtaking ocean front location. The cabin is modest in size but extremely well thought out; our family of 5 were extremely comfortable in the space and had everything we needed. We absolutely loved sitting in the hot tub overlooking the ocean and running to take a dip in the ocean. Roasting hot dogs in the fire pit was a highlight, as was waking up with views of the ocean from the primary bedroom. We highly recommend booking a stay at Paul’s place - you won’t be disappointed! (The only thing I would mention that is important to know is the driveway access is quite steep and might pose a problem for folks with mobility issues - but Paul is extremely upfront about this on booking.)

Worked well for my family. Unique place, great sunrise view, fairly well stocked kitchen, and close to ski resort. The hot tub was great to come back to after a day of skiing.

We loved our stay on this peaceful beauty farm. The location is amazing right in Mt. Geoffrey Trails. We hope to return again next year! Thank you Lily for being a kind and generous host.

The Funky Bunky is a lovely little cabin, very quiet and private. There’s amenities to make the stay smooth and simple, and the river right next to us was very pleasant to watch and listen to. Carol and Danny were very gracious hosts, very responsive and had everything we needed. Will be back again

Brian and Shannon are some of the best hosts I've ever met. They have exceptional hospitality, are super cool and are realizing such a stunning vision of their property. Hosting a pizza night was an unexpected treat and got to meet other guests. It is a slice of heaven. From the sauna and cold plunge to the hot tub and fire pit and bbq to the wonderful setting nestled in trees this place exceeded expectations. I biked from Vancouver with the Sunshine Coast connector for one cheat leg. It's not that hard to get to and loved having my bike to explore. Go to Emily's lake for a trail run. Also as a solo female traveller I felt very safe. Recommend and hope to be back.

Amazing place!! We had a great time at this beautiful cabin. Great location with easy walks to stores. Great view overlooking the Cove. The space is very well laid out and very clean. The kitchen has everything you might need and Melissa is a fantastic host. Can’t wait to get back!

We had a wonderful time at Jayne’s cottage. The space was clean and inviting. The outdoor space is really peaceful and we woke to deer every morning. The goodie basket of bread, jam, and fresh eggs was a lovely extra touch. I would highly recommend staying here, especially if you’re looking for a quiet retreat

What a beautiful spot. Couldn’t ask for somewhere more peaceful, comfortable or private to enjoy some quality time in nature with family. Deborahs place is stunning and has everything you need to relax. Top tip : Bring eye patches to sleep if you are sensitive to light as it’s brilliantly bright from sunrise to sunset in both bedrooms ~ which of course maximizes on the incredible views and adds to the stylish look of the place. We will be back!

This is Campbell River, not a resort destination. The goal of our trip was to be by the river for fishing. This spot is perfect. Open door, take 5 steps and you're on the water to fish, or drive up 5 mins to an abundance of other fishing spits along the Campbell River. Space was perfect for the 3 of us. Space was clean and the kitchen is stocked well enough to make some home cooked meals. Perfect. Would come again.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at Hearts Content. Leah is a gracious and welcoming host and we loved the cozy cabin. The location is quiet and beautiful with the beach a short walk away.

Mike was a fantastic host, always responsive and helpful. The entire process, from booking to departure was smooth. The place is actually three places in one, so it was awesome for us to spend time with our family friends and kids without feeling on top of each other. It's a very charming main wood home with two incredible smaller cabins, outdoor showers, and two decks...all of it felt like home. The location is perfect as it's an easy walk/bike/taxi from the ferry, and easy access to the general store, bike rentals, and south beach! Go to Savary, stay at Mike's!

This cottage is the perfect festive holiday escape! It felt like Christmas in August, which makes its name so fitting. You can tell a lot of thought and care went into creating this Airbnb. It’s the epitome of glamping—just a short trail away from a beautiful private beach, with a scenic ramp leading down to the water. The hosts were incredibly sweet and even suggested we extend our stay since the first two days had bad weather and we had a late check-in, which was very generous of them. I would definitely come back when I get the chance! It would be amazing to see how the place looks during the actual Christmas season!
