A house with a lot of charm and comfort. The house is located a few meters from the beach and a quick trip from the center of the village, right next to the Cumbuco dunes. The property has a large garden, pool and barbecue area. Ideal for families and kitesurfing lovers. Includes a full kitchen. For your leisure, we have a large swimming pool, beach tennis court, a large garden to play in, chess table, and garage for 10 cars. We have a vegetable garden in the backyard.

Phuket House

Casa Phuket is located in a residential condominium in an environmental preservation area in Cumbuco with 24-hour concierge and direct access to the beach. There are 550 m² of comfort, spread over 6 spacious suites, carefully prepared to accommodate up to 16 guests (additional visitors with prior authorisation). Private pool and full deck. *Bands, karaoke, parties or loud music are not allowed. Ambient sound is only allowed through the house speaker and until 10 pm (65 decibel limit).

Beach house just 25 km from Fortaleza, 150 meters from the sea, close to supermarkets, church, kitesurfing school, beach huts and close to the gastronomic center of Cumbuco. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, swimming pool, barbecue area, garden with lots of greenery throughout, also has coconut trees that provide a lot of shade, walls with electric fence and electronic security.

Our house is quite big, just 2 blocks from the beach, 3 minutes drive to the Cumbuco Village. Ideal for kitesurfing, with spacious garden and beautiful lawn and fruit trees. Parking available for more than 8 vehicles. In addition to the large house, there is an auxiliary room with refrigerator and 2 beds next to the pool. We have a housekeeper who can help cleaning the house for a small additional cost.
