El 70-80% de la energía eléctrica utilizada en el predio, al igual que el calentamiento del agua, provienen de energía solar (fotovoltaica y térmica). También, utilizamos iluminación LED de bajo consumo y contamos con sistema recolector de agua-lluvia.
