Farm Cottage for a escape to the country

New barn conversion. I have tried to maintain the character. The decor is Agri/industrial, reusing as much of the raw materials around the farm. It has three king-size beds all on-suite. 1 x Very large bedroom upstairs with sofa and balcony and 2 smaller ground floor bedrooms. Each room has a TV and wifi. The main living room includes a kitchen, a table, a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table: an outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and a covered area for storing bikes and a EV Charger (50p/kw) etc.

The garden is fenced and completely private. It has a patio area with a table and seating with a BBQ/fire pit. The area is renowned for its peace and tranquility offering a quiet, relaxing break with all the mod cons. Beaches within 40 mins and local shop 15mins away. Main shopping centre 30mins away.

Red Kite barn is a recently converted barn in a beautiful courtyard setting, located between the villages of Llandybie and Derwydd in Carmarthenshire. Good walking through the Amman Valley with lots of attractions in easy reach. The local town of Ammanford has good facilities including shops and swimming pool. Cinema in Brynamman, golf courses and a riding centre within easy reach The house has a decking area with BBQ and an enclosed yard which is ideal for dogs.

The living area is spacious, yet cosy, with a well equipped kitchen and dining area. Large bedroom with a king size bed and a stylish bathroom with shower. Guests have sole use of a sunny south-west facing terrace enjoying grand views across the Sawdde Valley.
