The old workshop is perfectly located for exploring the cardigan bay coastline, or the Cambrian mountains (Newquay beach is 13 miles away, and Lampeter town 6 miles away). There is also a mill pond and 180 acres of private land to access freely from your doorstep. There are no main roads in sight and the peacefulness and lack of noise is bliss. With a private, enclosed, dog friendly, south facing garden, the views are beautiful. Red Kites circle overhead & the entire property is surrounded by farmland, with 5 acres of our land for you to explore.

Y Cartws is a converted stable/barn, build of stone and dating from the early 19th century in a quiet location next to an 11th century small country church.Attached and for guests` use, is parking for 2 cars, small lawn, woodland and barbecue area.It is a 20 minute drive from the coast where you can see dolphins all Summer via boat trips etc.It has been awarded 5* three times and most of the accommodation is on one floor except for the sitting room which is upstairs in the Gallery.
