There is also a great collection of books. A heated bathroom floor, cozy carpeted bedroom, and a kitchen with all the necessities. *It is a basement apartment, so you will hear footsteps above you from the other guests.*

From the bedroom, living room, kitchen or in patio you can have a good view of the bay (sea water) and a spectacular sunset. The cottage can accommodate 4 guest, 1 bedroom queen bed and a comfortable pull out sofa bed in the living room.
