Our tiny home is rated for -40 degrees Celsius and we have a Standby Generac Generator that turns on automatically, so you will never be out of heat or WIFI; and there is snow removal

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. If looking for a place to relax this might be the one. From the bedroom, living room, kitchen or in patio you can have a good view of the bay (sea water) and a spectacular sunset. The cottage can accommodate 4 guest, 1 bedroom queen bed and a comfortable pull out sofa bed in the living room. Lots of tourist attraction close by and resort golf and tennis club just around the corner.

Fully equipped unit attached but a separate apartment to the main house but totally private. New glass shower, air conditioning and a lovely deck and firepit for those warm evenings. Just the two of us live in the main house so you will have all the privacy you need.
