Locuința este foarte aproape de stația de autobuz, care te poate duce la toate obiectivele majore. Patul a fost foarte confortabil, baia extrem de curata, bucătăria dotata cu toate ustensilele necesare. In plus o frumoasa terasa plina de flori, unde te poți relaxa. Andreas a fost extrem de comunicativ, ne-a oferit toate informațiile solicitate. Am ajuns noaptea târziu in Paphos (pe la23.20),iar Andreas ne-a așteptat cu mașina lui sa ne duca la apartament si sa ne dea indicațiile utile. Mai mult decât atât, in ultima zi, deoarece avionul pleca noaptea târziu, a avut grija de bagajele noastre, si astfel am putut vizita parcul arheologic.

Urocze miejsce w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Przestronna kuchnia z salonem pozwala na swobodne funkcjonowanie przy śniadaniu i wieczornym wypoczynku. Do tego 2 łazienki, które zapewniały komfort organizacyjny. Przy domu znajduje się przytulny taras oświetlony lampkami. Gospodarz bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny. Bardzo dobry kontakt i troska o swoich gości. Polecamy serdecznie! :)

We had a wonderful stay at Iulia and Catalin's apartment. They were extremely responsive to all of our messages. The apartment was extremely clean and very well maintained. The entrance to the apartment block is not the most aesthetically pleasing, but once inside the apartment is homely. We visited in April and the weather was very cold in the evening. The apartment was cold in the evening but there is heating using the air conditioning unit. The apartment is very close to a mall, the harbour and a supermarket. As other reviewers have said, the main road outside the apartment can be a bit noisy in the evenings, but apart from that it was a very peaceful location. We would recommend this apartment if you are looking for a central base from which to travel around Cyprus from.

We stayed as a family for 4 days. Had a wonderful experience. Everything was 10/10 and way over what we expected. Fair price for such a great place. We especially enjoyed Alexandros’ service. He was very responsive and willing to help with every little thing we needed. He is a wonderful host and I strongly recommend staying here if you are coming to Larnaca. We would like to pay our gratitude to Alexandros for a perfect family vacation.

Väga meeldiv kogemus! Korter oli laitmatult puhas, kõik eluks vajalik oli olemas – kaasa arvatud hästi varustatud köök ja nõudepesumasin. Mugavad voodid ja värske, puhas voodipesu lisasid kodutunnet. Rõdult avanes kaunis merevaade ning päikesekaitsevari rõdul oli igati praktiline ja mugav. Rand asus mõnusa jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Suured tänud, George, sooja vastuvõtu ja hoolivuse eest! Kindlasti soovitame ja tuleme hea meelega tagasi!

A lovely little apartment , perfectly proportioned and well stocked and maintained with every little thing we needed for a great holiday. Georgina is a lovely host, very friendly, helpful, and flexible. My partner and I loved staying here. cannot recommend enough!

Great and safe location. Easily accessible to the beach and local restaurants. The apartment itself is very beautiful, nice marble flooring and new furnishings. Small kitchen for the essentials. Has a partial sea view and nice balcony. A little loud at night from the street but it calms down at midnight. Very clean apartment and staff is very accommodating and friendly. They are there for you for whatever you need. Highly recommend!

Прекрасная квартира, чистая (что для меня важно). Елена - менеджер по сдаче квартиры, очень внимательная, ответила на все вопросы, даже не связанные с жильём, а вообще проконсультировала по основным аспектам жизни в Лимассоле. Хорошая локация, до пляжа пешком минут 10, очень рекомендую вьетнамский рестик по дороге на пляж Дасуди. Около локации магазинчики и вообще всё было супер. Если вернусь на Кипр, то искать жильё не придётся, выберу этот вариант 100%. Желаю хороших и добросовестных туристов!

The apartment was pleasant at home, friendly hosts and neighbors, a large supermarket is a 2-minute drive away. A quiet, cozy place. The owners have two charming little dogs who have conquered our hearts. Christos has always answered our questions.

Lovely apartment in a great location with really easy access to Nicosia city centre. Mike responded very quickly with any queries.

We had a great stay at No3, this place is a little bit of luxury and paradise. The grounds are kept to a beautiful standard and the pool area with the view of the mountains is amazing. There is the nicest cafe straight across from the apartment which we nearly missed as it is so peaceful there. We had a car which helped us get to restaurants in lapta or up in the mountains, but there are a few places within walking distance. The apartment is so comfortable and clean, and a lovely soft bed. Our host was so helpful and was always on hand for us, he let us stay on a few extra nights easily and was very responsive if we had to ask for help. Every There is a small patio to sit out on that gets the morning sun but it was always too hot for us so we were always by the pool when we could be, or relaxing in the apartment. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Notre séjour chez Alexandros a tout simplement été parfait. Le logement est idéalement placé pour visiter de nombreux sites exceptionnels que compte l’Ile de Chypre. Le jacuzzi en fin de journée est juste magique ! Alexandros est très réactif et attentif envers ces hôtes. Nous sommes ravis !

Logement agréable. Facilement accessible. Prévoir des boules quies et bandeau de nuit si vous êtes sensible aux bruits et à la lumière. A Chypre le soleil se lève très tôt et les bruits de circulation aussi. Logement bien équipé. Terrasse agréable.

We had a great stay! The apartment was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Communication with the hosts was smooth and helpful, and check-in was easy thanks to the clear instructions. The location was peaceful, and it was easy to get around by taxi. This is a great place to stay - I’m so glad we decided to book it - even though we were a bit confused by the “FANI house” description. I still don’t know what it is, but this is a lovely ground floor apartment with a big lounge with separate toilet and a comfortable bedroom with en suite. The outside area is a good size with plenty of room to sit out and enjoy the sun . Elizavet was great at making sure we had everything we needed and her dad gave a great welcome when we arrived. We stayed for a month and cooked a lot of the time - the kitchen was pretty well equipped and the oven and hob were modern and efficient. You can’t fault the location - near Paphos harbour, loads of bars and restaurants and the supermarket is just round the corner. The restaurant next door - Hondros tavern, serves good quality simple local dishes. The road is a bit busy - but you can’t be in the centre of things and complain about stuff going on around you! We'll be back!!!

Felt right at home straight away. The apartment very clean and spacious.Lovely hosts. A folder with plenty of information, and leaflets, regarding where to go and places to eat. Apartment close to the sea, with plenty of restaraunts and bars close by. The apartment was very close to the swimming pool and sun lounging area (very nice) and the pool was cleaned daily. We will be definately be visiting again. The host was there to meet us, and gave us instructions how everything worked in the apartment, very helpful.
