Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Cyprus

We had an amazing stay at this villa in Cyprus! The place was spotless, super clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing time with our three kids. The host was so helpful, always available to answer our questions and give great recommendations. Made us feel at home. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Cyprus, this is it! Highly recommend! Will send all of my friends and my kids already want to go back :)

Great experience! The house was just like the description, with very good equipment and comfortable spaces. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!The host was fantastic! Very friendly and willing to help us with any need or question. Communication was prompt and excellent throughout our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was absolutely perfect for visiting Paphos. We didn’t hire a car, and were able to walk the 20/30 minutes along the seafront to the town centre and historical sights, and excellent Paphos bus service to visit other locations. A couple of nice little beaches 10 minutes walk away. The house was clean and cosy and in a very quiet neighbourhood. There were just a couple of things missing from the list of specified items with the villa - bikes and charcoal for the bbq, which would have nice to have available, but Svetlana communicated immediately about these when we asked. Would definitely return if we are in Paphos again!

We had a really good stay. The house is well located, especially if you have a car and want to explore out of town. Very close to shops, and easy walk to the sea. All is in good order, and well kept. Very comfortable accommodation indeed. The smart lock on the door failed, but Armen was with us with a key in less than fifteen minutes. Very responsive indeed.

We were very happy to stay with Emmanouel and felt very comfortable. A very nicely furnished apartment with style and good amenities. Very comfortable, everything we needed was there. The location is a little off the beaten path in a quiet location with a wonderful view! Private pool is joyful! Definitely recommended

Our family is very grateful to Kylie and Nick for the attention and comfort, they provided us during our vacation at the villa. We vacationed with the whole family during the children's Christmas holidays - the hosts thought of all the little details, decorated the living room. We really felt at home, celebrating Christmas with our family, with the lit fireplace and the decorated Christmas tree. Thank you again for your your care and attention.

Townhouse was superb and a real home from home. Beds and bedding were extremely comfortable and pristine. Possible recommendations would be a welcome folder with apartment instructions and base for patio parasol. Overall, we had a fantastic stay in an immaculate apartment and would highly recommend and hope to return in the future.

Beautiful apartment and view

My teenage son and I spent a week in Paphos at Demitri's place and it was everything we could have hoped for! The apartment is very spacious, bright and spotless. There was plenty of room and privacy with the 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large living area. We had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The outdoor area is lovely and I enjoyed my morning coffee in the sunshine. Location is perfect with everything a short drive away. Demitri is a great host and quicky responded to any questions. We would highly recommend his apartment and would definitely stay again!

The flat smelt lovely as soon as we walked in, very clean and fresh. Nice hot water in the shower. Bed linen very fresh and clean too. An extra blanket if needed. We didn't cook whilst we were there but could see it was clean. The microwave worked well though. Fridge was also sparkling clean. The flat is near the Uni so quiet and I would recommend a hire car If you want to get out and about to see the Island.

We stayed at this guest house with my husband and son during our trip to Cyprus, and we were very pleased! The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a bottle opener and scissors to adapters for European plugs. It was a nice surprise that everything was so well thought out. The place was very clean, well-maintained, and cozy. The mattress was comfortable, so we slept well. The location is good — with shops and bars nearby, making everything even more convenient. The hosts responded quickly to any questions, which made our stay even smoother.

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment in Paphos! The location was absolutely perfect— right in the heart of the bustling area, yet the apartment itself felt peaceful and relaxing. The view from the balcony/kitchen was breathtaking, with a stunning and unobstructed view of the sea and harbor. The apartment was clean, spacious and thoughtfully equipped. The bedroom was comfortable and the open-plan kitchen and living area were ideal for both relaxing and working. The Smart TV and reliable WiFi made it easy to unwind or stay productive when needed. The kitchen had everything I needed for cooking and the large dining table was a great touch. Nikolas was an exceptional host—friendly, approachable and always going above and beyond to make my stay special. His genuine hospitality made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a beautiful, well-located, and comfortable stay in Paphos. I can’t wait to come back!

It was a very pleasant stay in this apartment. We were there a month, and are satisfied. The area is very calm, close to Daoudi beach, there's a supermarket nearby (but anyway food and products delivery is very good in Limassol). The apartment is convenient, with everything you may need, with nice balcony and a parking spot. Loutmila is very responsive.

We have just returned from a great stay at this wonderful apartment. Had everything we needed and in a great location within walking distance to the beach, bars and places to eat. The apartment is fully equipt for all your needs and Heiko is very responsive and helpful for anything you should need. The pool is fab, quiet and very refreshing with your own sunbeds reserved for your stay.

Any recommendation for Teri's apartment. I am very satisfied with the location, the apartment, Teri's kindness. Everything was impeccable.🔝🔝🔝

Pros: Spacious and nice apartment, large nice balcony. Cons: One bedroom with too much light with no option to make it darker, location is good but there is closer to the beach places.

WOW! Alina's seaside apartment was perfect, so glad I chose it. Sitting on the patio in the winter sunshine, overlooking the beautiful garden & pool was so peaceful. Everything was well thought of for a home from home stay & Alina was on hand at all times if she was ever needed. This apartment deserves 5 stars & hope future guests treat it with the respect it deserves. Thanks for everything Alina......until the next time!

Just right for my purposes - close to the village amenities, hired a car for getting out and about, communal pool and bbq area was spotless , comfortable apartment with great verandah for morning coffee, great value for money . Will stay again.

Everything was easy, communication was great. A lovely quiet spot and great little beaches nearby.

Very straightforward instructions to get to Anthony´s place. The appartment is super well located with several shops (Lidl etc) and pastries (Sigma) and coffee places right on the same block. The beach is across the street and the pool remained warm until early november. We would stay here again on any trip to Cyprus and Limassol!!
