June was amazing. She was very helpful, accommodating and responsive. The place is very nice and all amenities included. The only challenging part is finding the alley to get to the property. As long as you follow the map, you’ll be fine. We had some timing challenges with our next trip and June was very accommodating to us. We stayed as 4 adults and 3 children under 6 years old. We took our own kids plates, bowls and cutlery which made things easy for us! All children can swim enough to be safe in the pool. The pool was deep. A short walk to the beach and plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. The hosts were always on hand. Grab app was really useful for ordering food and taxis. We would stay here again. you could easily sleep 12 here. 6 adults would fit comfortably around the inside table and the upstairs outdoor table is massive. Such a lovely trip we will likely be back!

The advantage seems to be that you are really good at managing your listing. It was really well cleaned and overall felt tidy. Most of all, I felt that the host really wanted us to stay comfortably in the accommodation, so I believed it. In addition to that, air conditioning and hot water come out well, the water is clean, the water pressure is strong, and the surroundings are quiet without being noisy. Unfortunately, on the last day, a flock of ants came into the house from the outside. But I think this is inevitable due to the nature of the pool villa with a yard. Fortunately, there were no other big bugs in the house. In conclusion, I recommend it!

Check in was a breeze and we booked the entire house. On our final day we had an issue with our flight plans and Tuan allowed us to leave our luggage inside the house which was a big help.

There were toilets, showers, and shower filters in each room. It was so nice to stay because it was tidy and the surroundings were quiet. It was convenient because it was equipped with necessary household items for living.

A great spot in a good neighborhood. Lots of cafes and dining options around. Really all you need is around you. Pharmacy, shopping, electronic stores, and easy walk to the beach.

great host but the place was a bit older then the photos presented. quite expensive compared to similar big houses in the area.
