Great house with perfect condition. You can almost find anything you need while you staying. Silent and safety enviorement near the house. There are also few facilities existing but be careful to stay in peak season :) We stayed as two family and openly say everything is good about our accomidation.

This was by far the most beautiful place we stayed, Angelo’s and Jason were so amazing and accommodating. The most beautiful beach house we have ever booked with clear waters, squeaky clean place. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Chios, they were so helpful when coming to book a taxi and were soooo flexible on check in! The food was absolutely delicious, and their staff were so welcoming and warming. The fact that you were two steps away from the beach, had your own chairs and balcony was amazing. I cannot grasp how beautiful this stay was and recommend to everyone and anyone!

Peaceful cottage house

The house and garden is even more beautiful, relaxing and peaceful than the description! John and Maria have been such fantastic hosts, Maria baked us an amazing cake to welcome us, and left us a bottle of local wine which was delicious. Sotiris and John have given us lots of interesting information about things to do and see, they are perfect hosts, very responsive, they are there if you want to ask something or need something but also leave you to enjoy your holiday. There is everything we need, the bed is very comfortable, the house is like home and tasteful, Maria keeps it looking lovely and changes our sheets every week. They have made a paradise, we will come again!

Despinas A1 Chios Sea Front Home Maisonette

Despina was an amazing host. We checked in at 11pm at night because of a late flight and she was there to greet us which was so accommodating. They clean daily - so if you’re not interested in having someone come by then kindly ask them to forgo at check in. The airbnb is on a steep hill (which is classic for Greece) so did not bother me as I’ve been to Greece a lot. Just be aware if you are driving a car to make sure you’re comfortable with that. It was so nice having the beach and pool so close! Also have masticha trees on the route to the airbnb which was a treat. Nice clean space. The one bedroom downstairs does not have AC but the other two rooms do. Lots of space and it was great having bathrooms which tubs since we had an infant and did baths there. A rare find in Greece!

Best place we have ever booked on rbnb. Well-maintained,clean and very spacious. Maria always helped when we had questions. She provided pastries and juice for us. Katarraktis is a lovely,quiet village with absolutely friendly people. I can highly recommend Anasthasios' apartment!

we wanted to have a calm and peaceful holiday, which was quite enjoyable for us during our two-day vacation. The house was as seen in the pictures and everything needed was available. We only had a technical problem with the wifi, but a solution was provided in a quick time. Ms. Tuğçe was quick to respond to all the questions we asked and helped us with everything from restaurant suggestions to car rentals. The food and cocktails of the restaurant next to the house were just as nice and delicious. We were very satisfied with our stay and felt at home. Ms. Tuğçe, thank you for everything. Hope to see you again.

Spectacular sea view among mastic trees

We really enjoyed our five days in the cottage of Despoina and Ioannis. Even the way there, past mastic tree plantations, is very nice. The house is located above Vroulidia Beach with exceptional views of the bay and the sea. The beach is also within walking distance. The place is small and quiet, there are few houses in the area and the neighbors across the street are super nice. The terrace and garden are great to linger in, the spacious one-room house, with simple but well-equipped kitchen and separate bathroom, beautifully furnished. Despoina had even provided many delicious treats for the start. Communication with her was also very friendly, and fast, she gave many hints and tips for the house and surroundings; also summarized on site in a helpful manual. The area is really great: Pyrgi, Mesta, Avlonia (walking distance) etc. It's really worth it!

The house is really clean. It is same as what you see in the pictures. The view is amazing and its only 5 min away from seaside. You can easily find good restaurants while you are walking around. There is a market close to the house and its open until late hours so you can always grab a drink to drink in the house. The host is very helpful and she always replies quickly. I would recommend this place to everyone.

We were super satisfied. Everyone was totally friendly and always helpful. The location right on the water with the great terrace was just the right thing to unwind. The small misunderstanding that there were not 2 beds but 1 bed with 2 sleeping places was responded to immediately and easily. Of course, it was also my mistake, since my attention was more focused on the beautiful location in the photos. In addition, there is really a lot to discover on the island of Chios. A really great vacation that was really fun. Thank you very much for that

A very cosy studio With "Private" beach

very nice and welcoming people, the room was in a quiet location with just below a very beautiful beach. The room was clean and the kitchen had all the necessities. It is very close to the city and Kampos about 15 minutes but at the same time marcia from the hustle and bustle. we will definitely visit it again. thank you very much 😁

This was the second time we stayed at Tuğçe’s lovely place in Chios town. We like the closeness to the harbor, to the restaurants but also the supermarkets. The apartment has been recently done up, feels very new and clean and is equipped with everything you need. It is perfectly located to explore the island. Tuğçe is very friendly and responsive, so we can only recommend to stay with her!
