This spacious apartment with over 155 m² of living space was integrated into a former hayloft of a farm in the idyllic Efkebüll. It impresses with relaxed living on two levels and a special lighting: in the morning the sun greets the bathroom and kitchen, wanders during the day in the spacious living and dining area and says goodbye in the evening in the bedroom. Living under thatch in a house from 1856

Living under thatch in a house from 1856, on a hill in the unique North Frisian landscape, which is characterized by endless dikes, green meadows, bright yellow rapeseed fields and thatched Frisian houses. The old settlement structure of this Warft is well preserved and is considered a gem with its 14 houses in original development. The combination of landscape, sun and wind with iodine and salty sea air brings relaxation from the hustle and bustle of our time.

Small happiness - secluded location, sauna

Lovingly and thoughtfully, we have created a fantastic apartment on 70 square meters for 2 (up to 4) people on 2 levels - the sleeping area is located in the light-flooded upper floor. Please note that the only door is the bathroom door - the rest is open. We have tried to build as sustainably, ecologically and high-quality as possible - the colors are from the chalk period, the paints are water-based.
