New studio, fully equipped, quiet, nestled in the hollow of a flower garden, in a closed property with parking, small terrace, and with very well-served access, 30 minutes from Lyon, 15 minutes from the airport/TGV ST Exupéry station, and 30 minutes from the Groupama Stadium. Above-ground swimming pool open from late May to late September, accessible from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

A lovely furnished maisonette in a very quiet location on our property, with a garden and a swimming pool for private use for 1 to 2 hours per day. Swimming pool closed after 10:00 pm. A bedroom with a double bed and closet . A large living room open to dining room for 4 people. A beautiful, well-equipped open plan kitchen with new appliances. One bathroom with shower cubicle and one toilet.
