The house has a great location in the middle of the old town and a special charm

Lovely stay in a cool, clean space with a friendly, communicative host. Easy to get to with a car, plenty of free parking options. There were loads of things to do and see in the vicinity, whether on foot or by car, and we highly enjoyed our time there.

Insect screens in front of the bedroom windows and a TV in each bedroom would be nice. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The villa is fantastic and in beautiful surroundings. Everything was as advertised. The owners were very friendly, helpful and responded instantly to our communications. We haven’t visited Istria before and we loved the area. Will definitely be back.

We liked the place very much and was as described. Elena and Marco were always very easy to reach and always tries to solve all concerns quickly. We would book the place again anytime. After every trip, it was a highlight when you came back, opened the gate and drove into the yard. Really recommended! In the village itself, there is not really anything to do, but from there you quickly go to very beautiful places.

We stayed at Lana's house for a week and enjoyed it very much. Everything was very clean and tidy. Everything we needed was available and we could always ask Lana for advice. The beach was about 5 minutes away on foot and also in the old town you were relatively fast by car. We would absolutely recommend the place!

This place truly exceeded our expectations in every way. The accommodation looks even better in person than it does in the photos, which is a rare and pleasant surprise. Peaceful oasis in the heart of it all!! From the moment you enter the gate, to the moment you turn the corner to the flat....it takes your breath away. Beautiful, peaceful luxury, almost unreal for the location. The flat is beautiful, spotless and well appointed with absolutely everything you could possibly need for two persons. The outdoor space is the star for sure. Peaceful, comfortable and a wonderful retreat after a day of exploring the old town. A place to kick back with a glass of wine and listen to nature all around you, stunningly beautiful. The fact that you have use of bikes was such a bonus as the waterfront just begs for you to explore. We were truly grateful to have the bikes and navigate the park and beaches so close to the flat.....remarkable add on!! Luka was a great host.He met us on arrival and showed us around the apartment. He was proactive and messaged to tell us about events that were going on in the harbour.The apartment was great with lovely views over the sea and old town just as in the photos. We were near lots of restaurants, shops and the harbour with lovely walks around the bay.I would definitely recommend his place to friends and family.

the area is residential. Private indoor parking priceless. Breathtaking views and huge super equipped terrace. The sofa bed is also comfortable. Susanna is a fabulous host, available for anything, and ready to solve every little problem. The house is equipped with everything you need, including a food "survival kit" so you don't have to run shopping right away. Trieste has great drinking water that you don't need to buy. The surroundings do not offer much at the moment but the new museum center is a stone's throw away as well as the bus stop. The neighborhood is very quiet and you can see all the Skyline of Trieste. Good starting point to visit Giant Grotta and Miramare

Great apartment, 10/10! Quiet and safe neighborhood, beach is in walkable distance, bakery is in 5 min walk. The apartment is very clean, spacious, has all the amenities (AC was a life saver in this August heat). The host is very attentive, immediately reacted to our requests. Real gem for this price!

it's an apartment with amazing view to the city, it is on a hill and that makes it uncomfortable to visit the city center by foot. it's nice if you move with your car or public transport.

The property was better than the description and photographs suggested. The terrace was lovely with amazing views. The property was spotlessly clean. Thanks to Michela, we spent three days at home. The possibility of preparing breakfast on your own and consuming it in the small and well-kept garden in front of the house was the added value to the vacation. Brand new structure in a quiet and safe condominium. A few hundred meters away, you're already on the shore downtown. Michela was always available.
