New, modern guest flat in the extended part of the building. The studio apartment has three rooms, connected by four and seven steps. The middle room with living room/dining room and kitchen is very bright with a view of Sargans Castle. The upper seating area offers a fantastic panoramic view of the castle and Gonzen Mountain. The guest flat is ideal for 2–5 people. Large double bed downstairs, bunk bed and single bed in the upstairs room. Use of the hot tub, sauna and washing machine available on request.

Some hiking trails lead directly past the house and a sports course in the forest can be found within 2 minutes for a training session. Shopping facilities for everyday needs are located in Speicher and Teufen, and the city of St. Gallen can be reached by car in 10 minutes. The access to the accommodation is via a forest road – in winter 4x4 or the 10-minute walk

You can expect a bedroom with a double bed (180x200), a sofa bed (150x210), a brand-new and superbly equipped kitchen, a terrace with access to the garden, free Wi-Fi and parking. Our cozy apartment is located in Lindau on Lake Constance only about 2 km from the city center. You can reach the city center in a few minutes by car, bike or bus. A fireplace, the organic pool in the garden and an outdoor hot tub with a constant 36°C ensure relaxation in any weather. Bicycles can be stored in our garage.
