The luxurious, 2-story penthouse on 130 m² scores with a unique and quiet location right on the lake. Inside, highlights such as a private sauna, hot tub and large terrace with mountain and lake views await you. There is a basement compartment for your sports equipment. The location is incredible. For example, you can walk to skiing, hiking, water sports, sunbathe on Lake Walen or cozily into the charming restaurant/bar by the lake. Everything is right at your doorstep.

Cozy Home on Organic Farm

The apartment MOST INDIA FLAT owes its name to the region, where there are far more apple trees than inhabitants. There are 450 trees on the Haselbachhof farm, plus 40 dairy cows, 10 Angus suckler cows, 10 horses, a few sheep and dogs. My girlfriend and I love traveling and making new friends, so we want to offer people from all over the world the opportunity to stay on our organic farm. We are very open-minded and like to meet new people.

My place is close to Bregenzerwald, art and culture, restaurants and food, great views, Lake Constance, bike paths, Nagelfluhkette, Nordic Sport Park, Alpsee, Oberstaufen. Since our conversion in autumn 2018, our house has received a new facade and a new 30m² terrace for the apartment.
