Located in Fincastle, we are approx. 25 mins to downtown Roanoke, and 30-60 mins to several Colleges and Universities (Hollins, Roanoke College, Jefferson College of Health Sciences, Radford, Washington and Lee, VMI, and VT). The beautiful AT is also a short distance away (< 9 miles), along w/ several other hiking trails.

Otterview has one of the most incredible views in the state, huge deck, and pond. The house is open format with 3 bedrooms, a top of the line kitchen, cozy living room, and extraordinary great room. Public access to Craig's creek about 5 minutes from this location.
