Cozy townhouse with sea view

Bring the whole family to beautiful Ærø. Here is our cozy townhouse in the village of Bregninge. The house is newly renovated with a new kitchen, living room with wood-burning stove, dining room and an extra room with a daybed. There is access to a new wooden terrace of 25 sqm from the living room with sea view and direct access from the garden to the city's playground. 3 rooms on the 1st floor. All with a double bed. One room has its own toilet, another has an alcove where you can sleep smaller children. The third room also has a cot.

The home is located on South Funen and can be used all year round From May-September, you can book 6 people. From October-April, the house is intended for 4 persons as the 2 beds are in u heated annex. Genuine holiday fun. 200 m to child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing including trout and mackerel. price excludes linens, cloths, tea towels, towels. This can be purchased for an extra 60, - (8€)/ person. Please let us know when booking if the linen package is desired. (Two bed annex is for summer use only)

The beach is less than 100 meters from the house. Here you can swim, sail cayak or go fishing and you will be standing on the famous Gendarme path.

The house has a nice large modern kitchen with a dishwasher, a nice bright living room, a guest toilet and a bathroom with a bathtub. There are 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room for 1 person. The garden is with small cozy nooks and has a small lake. There is a terrace on 3 sides of the house. Parking for 2 cars. 500 m to Strand and city center.

Two regular bedrooms and the charming bathroom are with shower and underfloor heating. Only 100 meters to the beach and right by hiking and biking routes.
