The spacious, Nordic atmosphere of this beautiful old-style apartment, centrally located in Flensburg, is special. The Villa Rosa apartment offers the perfect setting for feeling good. High ceilings, wooden floorboards and the carefully coordinated furnishings invite you to linger. The kitchen is extensively equipped. The bathroom has a bathtub (with a shower) for relaxing. In the two bedrooms there are cozy double beds. The children's room with two cribs makes small hearts beat faster.

Die Einraumwohnung ähnelt einem langen Schlauch. Die Räumlichkeit befindet sich in unserem Anbau mit eigener Haustür (einem alten umgebauten Hühnerstall). Auf der anderen Seite der Wohnung befindet sich ein Fitnessraum der optional und nach Absprache genutzt werden kann. Auch unsere Terrasse + Garten ist über die Wohnung erreichbar. Auch diese darf nach Absprache gern mit genutzt werden, sofern gewünscht. Ansonsten eignet sich die zentrale Wohnung ideal für kurze Aufenthalte im Sommer.

This historic canal house, built in typical Dutch style, was completely renovated in 2022, meticulously refurbished, lovingly furnished, and stylishly decorated. The lower level features underfloor heating and period tiles. Beautiful, high-quality furnishings throughout the house create a feel-good atmosphere. A yoga room is available on the second floor for an additional fee. The house accommodates 4-6 people. Dogs are allowed upon request. Children 8 years and older are allowed.
