This home is partially renovated, with a 40m open plan living room and a new equipped kitchen. It combines the charm of the old (tiles, beams...) with a touch of modernity.

Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

Detached house with garden

Within a rehabilitated former farmhouse, ideally located between Guédelon and Saint-Fargeau, very close to Lac du Bourdon, this peaceful accommodation will offer you a relaxing setting for the whole family. The place has a wide wooded exterior that will let you stretch your legs. A small pond at the bottom of the land completes this picture. The accommodation consists of an entrance with closet, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and large living room.

Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

The Grivots gîte

Relax in this small, quiet and elegant house, completely renovated. Small country house in the heart of a quiet hamlet, not overlooked, containing 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, and 1 living-dining room, walk-in shower room, garden, free Wi-Fi. Come and visit Puisaye Forterre with the Château de Guédelon, the Colette Museum and vineyards such as Chablis and Sancerre. In addition, come and visit Auxerre thanks to its hiking trails or along the quays.

You will have a bedroom with TV, a bathroom with shower, toilet and a dining area (kitchenette) with microwave, mini oven, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, fridge and freezer. (No stovetop).
