Suitable for bike and/or motorcycle riders as our workshop is on the first floor. Im selben Haus gibt es noch eine weitere, komplett getrennte Wohnung, die ebenfalls gemietet werden kann. Die Wohnung selbst ist von außen schlecht einsehbar. Der Ausblick auf die Schweizer Berge ist fantastisch. Abendrot geniessen oder am Beamer einen Film geniessen.

Just 10 minutes from Bregenz and the lake, we offer a spacious apartment with a terrace for relaxation and views of the Bregenz Forest. You can also enjoy the location without a car. The bus runs every half hour right in front of the house to the center. The apartment offers two bedrooms, an extra bed for toddlers, a full kitchen with high-quality appliances including a dishwasher and a coffee machine. Hiking and cycling trails are very close to the house.

The studio is located on the first floor of a detached house in a quiet area, with parking (+ garage for bicycles), small terrace and separate entrance. The apartment is equipped with a pull-out sofa (140 × 200), a single bed on a raised platform (not suitable for small children), private bathroom and small kitchen (see pictures). The house is located 5-7 minutes' walk from the train station, BZBS, OST and the city center.
