Apartment in a residential area

The apartment (22 sqm) is located in a villa with its own entrance. Parking is available outside the apartment, but please let me know before so I leave space there. There is also a bus stop to Mörby Centrum that quickly takes you to central Stockholm. There is a 120 cm wide bed, a 90 cm, and a sofa bed. Upon arrival, the beds are freshly made, and cleaning on the day of departure is included. A simpler breakfast is included (bread, butter, cheese, ham, and yoghurt). The area is quiet and nice. The apartment is animal and non-smoking.

The apartment is completely self contained with it's own entrance. 150 m to the bus that takes you to shops and the metro in about 5 minutes. Quiet residential area, close to water and nature. 500 m to a sea bay and swimming, and 800 m to forest and jogging paths. Bring your own bed linen and towels. It is also available to rent for SEK 200 per guest. You clean yourselves or buy departure cleaning for SEK 600. Free street parking.

The apartment is centrally located, just a 7-minute train ride from Stockholm Central and within walking distance to Arenastaden and Mall of Scandinavia. New apartment 30 minutes outside of Stockholm

Newly built apartment, 18 minutes by train from Stockholm city. It is located within our house and has a separate entrance. Our neighbourhood is very nice, close to Näsby Castle with beautiful walking trails. We have good commercial service at Näsby Park Centrum and a heated outdoor public swimming pool at Norskogsbadet in the summer. Djursholm golf course is nearby and there is several large playgrounds close to us. Täby Centrum 2 km from our house is one of the best shopping malls in Sweden.

Right next to recreational forrest trails, golf course, bike tracks and beautiful lake Edsviken. Perfect for commuters, single travellers and couples looking for a central location in a beautiful setting with excellent communications. The apartment is a separate room with privat entrance, located in my flat, with free parking & wifi, close to shopping and Metro at Mörby C.

Very nice apartment in designer house from January 2024 built with high quality materials. Two bedrooms with lots of closets, fully equipped kitchen and large bathroom. Generous double bed in first bedroom and two single beds in second bedroom. Sofabed in living room. Close to beach and Stockholm city. Five minutes walk to beach and play ground. 10 minutes walk to public transportation. You get code to lock to apartment. No keys needed. High speed wifi.
