In 10-15 minutes by car, you can reach both the sea with nice swimming areas or two of Scandinavia's largest shopping centers (Täby Centrum and Mall of Scandinavia. The house has waterborne floor heating, a permanent workplace, good Wi-Fi and parking with charging.
